What data we collect

What you type into the appointment form: name, phone, town and the showroom you choose. Nothing else: this site does not ask for your email or your address.

The server also keeps, for a limited time, the technical logs any website keeps, such as the IP address the browser connects from.

What we use it for

To call you and fix the day and time of the appointment, and so the showroom you chose knows you are coming.

It is not used to send you advertising unless you have asked for it, and no profiles are built from it.

On what legal basis

With your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and in order to deal with your request before there is any contract.

You can withdraw your consent whenever you like, without affecting the processing carried out up to then.

Who else sees it

The KÜINA showroom you choose, so they can look after you. Some showrooms are independent licensee companies: in that case the showroom processes your data as its own controller from that point on, and you can exercise your rights with them or with us.

Also the suppliers who provide us with hosting and internal management services, who access it as data processors under a signed agreement.

Beyond that it is not shared with anyone, unless the law requires it. There are no international data transfers.

How long we keep it

While we are arranging your appointment and, after that, one year from the last contact. Once that period is over it is deleted, unless there is a legal duty to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to our processing it, restrict that processing and ask us to hand it over in a portable format. To do so, write to rgpd@middo.es saying which right you want to exercise.

If you think we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

Data travels encrypted and is stored with reasonable technical and organisational measures so that it is not seen by anyone who should not see it.
