Book an appointment.
An hour, in the showroom, with the person who will design your kitchen. Free, no obligation, and nobody calling you afterwards to push.
When it suits you
We call you to fix the day and time. That's all.
What happens when you press the button
- We call you once, within 24 working hours
- We fix a day and time at the showroom you chose
- If none of them works for you, we leave it there and don't push
What to bring
- The measurements of the kitchen, even rough ones
- Three or four photos of the space, taken on your phone
- If you have a floor plan, even better
- If you bring nothing at all, we can still start
What won't happen
- We don't ask for a deposit or any bank details
- You don't have to sign anything to take the quote away
- We don't ring you every week to see if you've made up your mind
How that hour goes.
It is not a sales call to take your details. It is a working session with your kitchen on the table.
What you have and what you wantWe go through the measurements, the photos and how you use the kitchen: whether you cook a lot, how many of you there are, whether you eat in there.
The layoutWe build two or three options on screen using your real measurements and see which works best. This is where it gets decided whether an island fits or not.
Materials in your handsFronts, edges, worktops and the inside of the drawers. You touch them, open them and close them. A catalogue photo won't tell you whether a matt finish shows fingerprints.
The priceOut comes the quote with everything we have decided, line by line, and you take it away in writing. If there is building work, it is costed in the same document.
From there it is your decision, in your own time. The quote has a validity date, but it doesn't expire that afternoon.
Would you rather just drop in?
You can. With an appointment you make sure a designer is free and that the hour is entirely yours.
